Kununu Top Company

The award is based on the positive evaluations of employees with regard to work atmosphere, corporate culture, variety of tasks, etc. CONET is thus among the five percent of the most popular and successful employers on the platform.

"We are particularly pleased to receive the Top Company award from kununu, as it is due to the positive reviews and satisfaction of our employees," explains Sabine Cox, Director Human Resources at CONET. "The seal is only awarded to companies that have achieved a score of at least 3.8 stars both overall and in the past twelve months. CONET was actually able to exceed these requirements."

The standards for companies that meet the requirements were further raised by kununu to create additional exclusivity and relevance for the award. Only about five percent of all employer profiles qualified as Top Company 2023. In addition, the focus was placed more strongly on current ratings.

Kununu is Europe's leading platform for employer ratings and information on salary and corporate culture. The platform has more than 4.9 million reviews on more than one million companies. kununu has been awarding the Top Company seal since 2015 to companies that are rated as particularly good employers by their employees.
